Different Strategies for Different Goals

I had considered adding a page to my site devoted to playing strategies that
would accomplish a specific goal with smallest loss of EV. Here is an
example.

More RF's playing DB
10/7 DB has an EV of 100.17%. Strategy changes that reduce the EV to 100.08%
can/will reduce the royal cycle by more than 25%.

I decided that even if I started the page by explaining that every strategy
change listed would possibly/probably result in a long-term loss of EV many
players would be trying the strategies modified for short-term results.

Perhaps, but it would be fascinating info nonetheless, and with
sufficient explanation the reader can be left to their own devices.
In any case they're unlikely to play any more unreasonably than they
already do.

Out of sheer curiosity, what is the variance of that modified DB strategy?
