If I play JoB on a JoB machine will I get the same cash back and/or rewards
that I would get if I played it on a multi-game machine? Of course all things
being equal... pay table, coin in etc...

No, it depends on the rules of the casino, and the assumption that all
machines are programmed correctly is an incorrect assumption. Normally the
% rate should be the same, but you should always check your numbers for
yourself.
