Remember, the various properties set their own standards anyway. Vegas,
Laughlin and several others used 1800 for Diamond, but others ranged from 1500 to
4000.
Some properties did not participate. The webpage for the DinaD listing still
stated "Unavailable" for all HET outlets, upon last look.

The next question is if people doing DinaD after July 1, 2006 get to Dec
31st, April 1st, 2007 or April 1st 2008.
