No! The best version of Deuces Deluxe uses the base paytable sometimes
called "Illinois Deuces" or "Airport Deuces". (800/200/25/15/9/4/4/3/2/1)
The would be 98.91% with perfect play but if you get a four of a kind
without a deuce it pays 10 instead of 4 and a natural SF pays 50 instead of
9. (Note: for the SF 65432 or 5432A is counted if the deuce is in the same
suit as the rest of the RF.) These extras brings it up to 100.31%.
Full Pay Deuces is 800/200/25/15/9/5/3/2/2/1 with no extra gimmicks. (Note
that all pays shown are per coin on a five coin bet.) This game returns
100.76% with perfect play. The key things to look for are that 4K=5 and
5K=15.
Both of the above games are rare to non-existent outside of Nevada.
Both of the above games are default settings in Winpoker, Frugal VP and
Video Poker Strategy Master.
