VP Pappy:
I notice that you have had no reply to your offer to meet. Perhaps
it's not that we Canucks are that unfriendly or shy; I suspect that
a
number of us are from other areas. I am from the Greater Toronto
area
(west) and while we have video poker, there aren't any positive
games
(9/7 DB at Rama comes the closest that I know). I play mainly for
the
entertainment (at Woodbine Race Slots, Toronto and Rama Casino, 90
minutes north). I do enjoy getting to Vegas a couple of times a
year
and have only made money once out of a dozen or so visits when I
got
a royal (25 cent Bonus Poker 8/7 last January at Palace Station).
I do enjoy your posts on VP Free. I haven't posted that much
because
···
I don't have much to add.
Perhaps we'll "cross paths" yet.

======================================================================
VP Pappy to VP Louie,
We would all would like to put a face on people we know nothing
about except what we read in posts on sites such as this. I am no
exception. My goal is to meet personally, every person who has ever
played or will ever play video poker in my lifetime. It's a daunting
task, but given anough time, I think I can do it. And yes, I do plan
to live at least 15,000 years. My plan to accomplish this longevity
is to only drink the finest food, (comped of course) drink only the
finest liquors and wines, and play only the best low-stress video
poker games that I can find. (probably Pick'Em)
And yes, we might cross paths in a casino one of these days,
although the word "cross" and "casino" doesn't seem to be appropos
when refering to a gambling endeavor.
Terry Murphy & VP Pappy
