Determined allies

These guys are behind us 100%.
Well, way, way behind us.

As American troops pounded Falluja into rubble, the Iraqi resistance
overran police stations in a number of urban centres throughout
Iraq - not the least of which was the city of Mosul. While the
Americans acknowledged these setbacks, they did their best to
downplay their significance.

In reporting that six police stations in Mosul had been overrun, no
explanation was given as to how 5000 American-paid Iraqi police
could have been "overwhelmed" without a single casualty on either
side. The six heavily barricaded police facilities were occupied,
looted of weaponry, munitions and flak jackets and then destroyed
without interference.

Not unexpected in such a huge undertaking. How do you trust Iraqi
police at this point in time when the country won't be cleansed for
years to come.

If you can't trust them, then why are the taxpayers paying them. You
and W have been saying how great the Iraqi people are, what good
allies they are, how determined they are to be free. BULLSHIT!! They
want nothing but what they can steal from us and use against our
forces. This war sucks, you suck and this administration (except
Rummy) really suck. Welcom to Dictatorship 2004, hope you enjoy the
ride. Stupid, stupid, stupid, ignorant republican ass-clown.
Elections are just around the corner over there (as you have stated

If you can't trust them, then why are the taxpayers paying them.

It's called 'country-building' and there's nothing more critics like
about such massive undertakings than the amount of time it gives them
to blabber their opposition.

Imagine the distaste people felt about our defeating Germany & Japan
too. Only there wasn't the Internet available for whiners who oppose
what the gov't. does to use sissified rants as a way of looking for
sympathy because they just had a moronic, cowardly, and flippity-flop
candidate run for president and lose. What's with the 'trust' issue
anyway? It's their country, so let's see what they've got at this
point. Who said they were great and a good ally?? I don't
particularly like them or any Arab state. You don't support the war
and that's your personal problem. I'm comfortable with it because I
believe it's proper and necessary, and that just happens to also be
the view of the President! Print that on your liberal blankey before
you go to bed tonight and maybe you'll REALLY wake up in the morning.

The Singer solution for Middle-east peace is circling the bowl.

If there's a mushroom cloud coming out of that bowl then we're all on
the same page.

If it's their country, than why are we fighting their war??? Rob,
C'mon, how many people felt distate when the allies won WWII. But
then again, we actually won that on and had the surrender in hand.

I don't recall, but one look at Baghdad - and if the rest of the
country is as messed up - you'll realize it has to be rebuilt.

Maybe you don't realize it, but Saddam crushed every internal
opponent and ruled under a reign of torture & terror--and had eyes on
conquering other countries in the ME as well. And maybe you couldn't
accept the fact that if we were as aggressive while Germany was
terrorizing Europe before WWII, millions of innocent people would
have been spared sufferring & death. 'W' learned a lesson well, and
although we were a bit late in the 1940's, we will never allow it to
happen again.

I'm afraid you'll have to live with seeing that cloud develop over
there someday in the not too distant future.

Why? In a couple of weeks the winds will blow sand over everything.

Only if a Republican pushes the button

You mean like here in Arizona with our 'dry heat'?

To the point that maybe what's over there will become valuable to
archeologists when they uncover it in a thousand years.

So that's it!! You are a Goldwater republican. Good old "nukem"
Barry. Is there something in the water down there that makes people
think this is OK?

Thank God for that!

God isn't a republican. Jesus was definately a liberal. Tell W to
ask him next time they have a conversation.

Born and raised in Massachusetts--Kerry & Kennedy country. Thank
goodness we've had the Bruins, Celtics, and now the Patriots & (oh
yeah!) Red Sox to cover for bozos like Kerry & Teddy K. And the ACLU
gets half its recruits from Provincetown.

W is finding the line busy. The Muslims are checking in fast, and
they're all keeping him busy lining them up with those 79 virgins
they get for being suicide bombers.

So you are one of those that believe it's OK to pay a grown man
millions of dollars to play children's games?

So, you claim to have conversations with w?? That's about as
frightening as w's talking directly with god. Unless he thinks you
are god? I just ruined my Thanksgiving. Actually, I just think he
hears voices.

The Muslims are checking in fast, and

they're all keeping him busy lining them up with those 79 virgins

In my experience, virgins aren't all their cracked up to be. I
prefer a woman who knows what she's doing.

So you are one of those that believe it's OK to pay a grown man

Of course. And when the queers and degenerates in the ACLU get even
6 figures, there's something radically wrong.

If I were to talk to him I'd thank him for doing suxh a wonderful
job wiping out the terrorist mutants of the Muslim world....but I'd
criticize him for not protecting our borders from illegal alien
trash.

So you have more sense than any Muslim alive. Good for you!
