This situation is a sticky wicket. "Management
reserves all rights, etc." To me that means they can
chose to honor or not honor the 5x point coupons. But
if it were me, I would have asked to speak to a
supervisor or manager right then. If none were
available, I would phone them later that day when one
was there and explain my situation. FWIW I also played
there Friday and got the 5x points, but didn't go back
that weekend.

Played Santa Fe Station on Sunday early before
the booth opened. Went to the booth when they opened

at the flyer for the Thanksgiving Weekend promo, I
would see clearly that Santa Fe was not included. I
said, yes, but they were honoring it when I was here
on Fri. Boothling said no, we're not. I did not
