Delaware video poker

Hit a big storm on my way back from Atlantic City yesterday so I
decided to ride it out at Dover Downs, since I was right in the
area. I've noticed there was nothing that I saw in the database for
them. I talked to a security officer to find out where the VP
machines were, and noticed his badge said he was security for
the "Delaware VLT", which I assume to be video lottery terminals.

Went up to a VP machine and it didn't say it drew from a 52-card deck
anywhere, so being a smartass, I played a $0.25 single credit and
didn't hold the dealt two pair I was given, expecting to win anyway.
Turns out they use a 52-card deck, which you'll read in the "help"
section in the game. Whoops.

All the Game King machines that I checked, including the older slant
tops and the newer uprights, were 6/5 Jacks, except for the 3-play/5-
play/10-play machines which were 7/5. I don't know about the other
games because I pretty much only play Jacks.

It might not hurt to stick Dover Downs and Harrington in the database
with a note that says "nothing playable" if that's the case, because
I'd rather see that than see nothing and wonder if maybe it's just
not listed for some reason.

I agree that they should be in the database, and I furthr agree those
are very poor paytables. However, "nothing playable" is subjective,
so I would suggest that the actual pay schedules by vpFREE accepted
names and description be used.
