Delaware North Companies Gaming & Entertainment is one of the most innovative
gaming and racing operators in the United States, specializing in creating casinos at
racing venues by integrating various entertainment and hospitality amenities. These

Delaware North Companies Gaming & Entertainment oversees more than 5,000 video
gaming machines at seven racing and gaming venues across the country in New York,
Arizona, Florida, West Virginia, and Arkansas.
In 2004, the company became the first operator of video lottery terminals (VLTs) in New
York at Saratoga Gaming and Raceway, which the company operated until early 2009
under a five-year management agreement.

The new $30 million Daytona Beach Kennel Club & Poker Room opened at its new
location in June 2008. It features a 50-table poker room that can accommodate 450
