Can anyone provide information about Delarware North? This company has ownership or provides consultation to casinos throughout the United Sates. Has anyone found FP video poker in any of the casinos that Delaware North owns or consults?
Delaware North
I don't believe that any of their racetrack casinos have Class III vp. At least that seems to be the case in New York State. The video poker is just another slot machine. Check americancasinoguide.com for the individual locations.
That could have changed recently though. The Senecas who operate the non-racetrack casinos in Western New York have been withholding their payments to the state because they claim the state has been allowing other operators to have Class III gaming.

These machines aren't even "another slot machine". They are VLT, as are all the gaming devices, as the racinos are under the NYS Lottery umbrella (that's where my W2-G came from). No RNG.

I'll defer to you since I don't ever go to the racinos. I found some vp games at Seneca Allegany if you have the $$$ and I'll play the $PE at Seneca Niagara, but I avoid the racetrack places in NYS.
