Definition of "Full-Pay" Poll

Three games immediately come to mind, where there is some ambiguity about
which version is "full pay." There probably are more.

9/6 DDB, or 10/6 DDB?

15/8 LDW, 15/10 LDW, or some other version?

KBJW, 4000 Royal, or 4700 Royal?

My answers are first choice, don't know, first choice. But I really don't
know, and that's the problem!

My random comments:

The "traditional definition" of Full Pay is the most commonly used and
accepted. Most people who play VP in any serious way recognizes
what "full pay" is for the more popular games. The vpFREE paytables
agree (at least, as far as I remember).

The term is used with the most common definitions in other forums too,
LVA, etc.

The term is used by the major VP writers (Jean Scott, Dancer, etc.) and
means the same thing to them (as far as I know -- maybe they'll
comment?)
