Early this morning, a little after midnight, I stopped at Suncoast to collect a $25 InstantCredit and 4000 points for earning at least one point. The $25 was on my card so I played and earned 75 points. After waiting a while and removing and inserting my card a few times, I noticed I was not receiving my 4000 bonus points. At the Club Coast booth I was told that. "Gambing has always known that our slot day starts at 3AM" (or maybe it was 3:30AM). Since Gaming employees are not allowed to gamble, I'm not quite sure what good it does to only let them know the rules.
