I play about 10-20 hrs a month on average (I'm just guessing), and have been doing so for about ten years, I'd guess.
Have had back to back quads a couple of times and a dealt SF.
Just two years ago, got a RF within 10 hands of another one (they had "unlocked" the machine, and I was still awaiting my payment on the first one when the second one came) - both were drawn on a five-play machine.
I also got one on my birthday and another on the next day last August, both on single-line $1 play, both drawn, and those were my first in almost a year.
Still haven't had one dealt.
I understand that for those who put in 5-10x as much playtime as me (or more) that my "events" are not even worth talking about.
It certainly is a game of ups and downs, with the positive expectation depending so much on the rare (OK, "uncommon") RF.
