"Dealt" WRF

True for the dollar 3-play pic. The quarter 50-play one was dealt.

As far as rarity goes, this is not the least rare. There is a pic of four
Aces at BP, not dealt, which occurs every 5106 hands, on average. That one is
only interesting because the bet was $100! There is also a pic of a Pick'em
"quad" (meaning you can't make one!), which will occur every 4165 hands, on
average.

The dealt WRF occurs every 5414 dealt hands, on average. I find the pix of
these "more common" hands to be mildly interesting at best--no offense to the
people who submitted them! On a fast 50-play machine, it takes about ten hours
to play 5414 dealt hands. Compare that to the THOUSAND hours or so it takes
to be dealt 649,740 hands, which is the dealt Royal "cycle." Your actual
time may vary!

The rarest pic seems to be the sequential Royal. Since it was hit on
"regular" 9/6 JOB, the "cycle" is 40,391 X 60 = 2,423,460 hands. But John's 10X
Royal on STP is even rarer, since the 10X multiplier certainly appears less
frequently than every 60 hands!

I wish I had a pic of my own rarest (big paying) hand, which was a dealt
sequential Royal on $2 10/7 DB at GVRS a few years ago. Happens like clockwork
every (for either direction sequential) 38,984,400 hands!

If you're talking about the picture that I think you are, take another look
at it.
It wasn't a dealt WRF. Somebody actually held cards and managed to fill
them
all in!

Pretty cool stuff! Thanks I love Shockwave so that is nice to see.
Those dealt multiline RF's are soo cool to look at, though all this
frothing saliva keeps dripping off my chin when I stare at those pics.
Then you scroll down a bit further and see that someone has posted a
pic of a dealt Wild RF in multiline Dueces, what a snooze. Imagine a
hand so utterly rare that you will only expect to get it once every few
hours, that the dealt Wild RF on deuces. Just too exciting!!

My rarest "event" is dealt quads in back-to-back hands. Obviously
can't get a picture of that.

Got my first dealt royal a month ago.

What an interesting observation Brian. I always think of a
sequential royal as being the ultimate in rare hands but it's true a
10X's STP Royal would be even rarer.

Brian,

I also saw my mom get dealt a sequential royal this last summer - it
was quite a sight to see! Too bad she didn't hit it while we were
playing the A's & 8's at Circus Circus.

I think you may need to check your math on the dealt Pick 'Em quads.
For an arbitrary quad of any rank, the chances would be 1 in
(51*50*49)/(3*2*1) which comes out to 1 in 20,825. But specifically
4 Aces dealt multiplies that by another 52/4 (or 13 for 1 in 13
ranks) which is 1 in 270,725. I'd definitely say that's worthy of the
gallery!

I only know this since (unfortunately) I had the same thing happen
about three weeks ago - too bad I didn't have my camera except my
camera phone.

Although not dealt, I remember getting back to back quad Queens at the
Four Queens a couple years back during a promotion.
