I believe in a recent trip report someeone was dealt four to the
royal on a triple play needing the Qs, and amazingily got the Qs
on all three lines.....we all should be so lucky...The question
I have is: she was paid the DEALT ROYAL progressive-how is this
possible when she was not dealt but drew to it? I'm not complaining
for the person rather the opposite, just a question....Rod
Dealt Royal on triple play machine

It would appear, from various reports, that some machine banks are set
to pay the "super jackpot" only on a dealt royal whereas others are
set to pay it in any case where the play finishes with royals on all
lines.
The 3-play machines at AC Hilton (as of a couple of years ago, at
least) indicate on the play display the text "All 3" next to the super
jackpot amount, not "Dealt" as is sometimes the case.

Since all Triple Play machines are IGT / Action Gaming machines, on
the machine display itself it never says "dealt" but "All". Many
casinos put additional notices to say that they only pay the "all"
meter, not the "all " plus each individual. Often these notices use
the term "dealt" rather than "all".
Hope this helps.
