I'm guessing that these are old, non TITO machines, but can anyone
confirm? Also, are they slant tops and could 3 people play them side
by side?

Maybe at 2:00 am! 
Seems that these are usually filled since GN removed the FPDW and 10/7
DB years ago.
They are old slant tops and they are in a row. If I remember, there are
some lower pay table DDJ. So check the pay tables.
CB and RE has some DDJ too. CB has them in a row (also hard to get a
seat at) while RE has them scattered in three rows.
