Hi. I need some help with my Double Joker Game. Basic strategy says to at least hold a single card 5 to 9 with a single joker. Is there a clear cut rule on which card to hold.? Sometimes you hold a card even if there is a flush penalty involved and sometimes you don't. Kind of a frustrating little problem. Thanks, Dick McK.

You don't specify which paytable you're referring to, but whatever the
case the answer is "no".
You count flush and straight penalties (noting number of gaps) to
determine the optimal hold. VP Strategy Master provides details on
assinging points to each penalty.
Unless you're a real freak for perfection, this is a level of play
best left until you've nailed the rest of the stratgy ice cold. If
you're going to set your software to flag errors as they occur, Frugal
is the only way to go since it can be set to only flag basic strategy
errors.
