To keep it simple, make the following changes from 9/6 JoB:
Hold any 3 to a royal (even if one is a 10) over a high pair or two
pair. Hold any two to a royal (even if one is a 10) over a single high
card or two unsuited high cards. Hold ace alone over ace and an
unsuited high card. Hold a pair of aces over two pair. Hold three aces
over a full house. Hold four to an outside straight over a low pair.
Hold four to an inside straight over drawing five cards. <<<
