I have a suggestion to help streamline the database. The comments section has comments going back to 2003. Anything more than 18 months old ( 12 months?) is no longer useful and to me should be deleted.

The same with the MIA section. After 18 months, if they haven't been spotted , they are probably gone for good.

When I make a trip, I print out the data base. It gets pretty big with all the old information in it. I know I could open it, edit it and save it but the formatting doesn't always come out right.

I copy and paste just the machine data and print that. If the machine
inventory list is long I reduce the size. I can put it in my pocket for
reference. If I'm taking my lap top I also copy the casino pages that I
might be interested in to my hard drive for reference. This helps a lot
with a place like Vegas where there are many options and makes internet
access unnecessary.
