Just returned from Harrahs Joliet, overall it is a fine place, but
they pretty much cater to the High Limit VP crowd only, and comps are
super tight/non existant. Not much reason to go there unless you are
close or really like a game they have. Here are the updates I gathered.

Mr. VPFree, I tried to keep everything in the same format as the data
base. I updated machine counts as best I could, but didnt have a
printout of the DB to use when I was there, so if I didnt have it in
my notes, I didnt change it and assume it is correct.
