As bad as Dan's strategies were (and are), they are still protected by
copyright. If he wants to print his 8th Edition strategies here, I will
gleefully explain to everybody how bad they are.
I speak only for myself when I say that this bantering over the mathematical
strategies is offbase for this particular website. This debate for
"coronation" is so childish on a site that aims mainly on what game is available where
and possible cash or bounce back.
I am sure there are recognized mathematical journals that should each author
submit for publication, the mathematical community at large may then dissect
to the nth degree the accuracy of their research. The subject matter and the
approval of peer mathematicians without biases could better judge the
material. I think the majority of our membership does not have this background.
As in any field, there are journals and then there are journals. I have
published in and read more trade bulletins/phamplets on drug analysis in my time.
These were aimed mainly for working analysts across the nation to update the
appearance and analysis of exotic derivatives in the 60's and 70's. My
articles, however, would never be considered scientific enough by JACS (Journal of
the American Chemical Society) a purist journal of true chemistry.
I was pleased to hear that Sanford Wong on seeing the advanced materials on
the market candidly stated that these now surpass anything he did in his time.
How long will this website be burdened by this on going feud? Can you settle
this or take it outside as is the expression.?
I may have seen but have not met either Mr. Dancer or Mr. Paymar. I'm just
so tired of all this bickering.
