What are the weekday & weekend daily action amounts needed to get a
comp room at binions horeshoe playing the 3 play quarter double
bonus? I'm going for the table poker tournaments but will play vp
for room and food comp.

I've never asked for a discretionary VP comp at the Horseshoe, but I
suspect that a room would be charged against your regular comp
account (about 0.5% of coin-in) at the casino rate. You can get
regular comps at the slot club, but they're rather secretive about
them.
Incidentally, I'm in the process (very early in the process) of
adding a discretionary comp entry in the DataBase for each casino.
Additions and corrections encouraged/welcomed.
