Cuss-tomer Service

I just spent a solid half-hour on the telephone with a supervisor and
still did not get the issue resolved.

The issue is irrelevant. But what I have discovered lately ceratinly
does matter.

It seems the emphasis of providing good service is deteriorating very
quickly. A casino says "Come in, play well, and we will take care of
you". You do that, researching info from places like the good people
who post here, and then you get a nasty surprise at checkout.

It's as if the formula is "Do A, you get B, but when you do A we are
not going to give you B after all".

I don't enter any casino with the attempt to cheat them out of
anything. I only go with the hope that my skillful play plus some
luck that day will make me a winner.

There was a general decline in spirit at places like the Mirage
after Wynn departed and MGM came in. The same can be said for
Caesars now with the Harrahs vultures circling overhead.

But bigger isn't necessarily better in terms of the way we and our
play will be regarded.
