I noticed that Fiesta Henderson has a bank of triple pay deuces (99.92%) with a sign that says over 100%. It is a progressive so ultimately it will probably be over 100%. I just wondered why they are allowed to say over 100% when that is not the case initially.

There is small print right on the bank that says they are including the pct
meter movement to make it over 100%.

MANY casinos have similar signs even when the play is clearly UNDER
100%.
They include cash back and or progression rate to bring it up to
100%+. Clearly deceptive but it appears that the authorities don't
care.

Are we that sure that the authorities even know? Another fine example of
this at Fiasco Rancho can be seen on the bank of 9-6 DB 4796 coin royal
machines
($1,199 royal) about three rows back from the craps pit, a huge sign proudly
proclaims "$1,199 Tax Free Jackpot". I'm quite sure that the I.R.S. would
strongly disagree with this advertising gem.

Actually, (not including the Henderson case) I have noticed around
town that some of the signs got moved. I am assuming by accident
because usually a full pay machine is on the other side of the bank
or one or two machines over. I think it is moved by accident - like
from the cleaning people or people picking the sign off to read it
and they put it back on the wrong machine..
In the Henderson case - They are including the movement of the
progressive...as I was told it moves quickly and puts it over 100%.
Either way - I would not touch that game - I don't understand the
strategy - the percentage is bad..land I still can't figure out why
Bob Dancer is teaching it.
