cruise ship machines

It's a fun boat but the gambling sucks. The blackjack is the best play on the boat. For the last couple years we've played enough to earn a second comped cabin and it is an upgraded balcony cabin.

The only reason I think they are legit is because if they weren't,

I don't think that the pay tables would suck so bad.

What boat did you go on ? We're taking our Mohegan cruise next

month on the Spirit..

I am cruising on Carnival's Miracle out of New York Next month. It's
been 3 years since my last cruise, but I am not expecting any great
pay tables. The last time I went I wasn't too knowledgable about pay
tables and advantange play. I expect I will play mostly craps, but I
will have my laptop with winpoker on it and a set of Dancer cards
just in case there is a playable game.

The following is from carnival's Ocean Players Club

"Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA)
Formerly International Council of Cruise Lines (ICCL)
Cruise ship casinos operate in international waters and are not
subject to any particular gaming jurisdiction. However we are a
member of the CLIA and adhere to their policy for Gaming Guidelines."

For all we know, CLIA is located in IRAN

We sailed on the Miracle in late April. VP is not good. At the $1
and $2 level they have a 10 coin 7/5 jacks or better progressive. The
25 and 50 cent is 10 a coin progressive with lower pay tables. Table
games are the better play.
