These are the NCL 7 day Europe cruises from 1/1/10 to 9/30/10. All the other European cruises are for 9 days or more. So the itinerary has to be one of these. They might tell you which ship it is, and that could further clarify. Personally, Venice itself is worth it. If it is the last of these, we took a similar Carnival cruise last year & it was the trip of a lifetime.

I just returned Saturday from a 7 day cruise to Alaska on the NCL Norwegian Star. It takes one more cruise to Alaska and heads south for the winter, to NO I believe.

Anyway, it has a small casino that includes VP, including 3/5/10 play and Spinpoker.

I checked the paytables on 6 games (GameKing 1 play), and they all were about 96%. The "best" game was DDBP at 97%. There is a players card system but I did not pursue any details, and only played for about 30 minutes.

I am not a "cruise ship" expert, but I thought the ship and cruise were excellent. One day we encountered extremely rough weather (50 MPH winds and 20+ foot seas we were told). The ship handled it very well. One wave crashed into the windows of the Spinnaker Lounge on the 12th (top) level of the ship. The rest of the trip the weather was perfect.
