My sister-in-law, last week, was playing $1 poker at a bar in Vegas.
This is first time she was in that casino since I stayed there in
April. She is local. Next to her a guy was playing $1 triple play
Double Double Bonus. This guy was playing the whole afternoon. He was
getting scads of signers. Hit over $25,000 on same machine. This guys
friends drift by every so often to watch him play. The bartender was
amazed that the machine kept hitting. He told the group he only seen
that machine hit like that one other time. He related the story of a
guy from Pittsburgh, about 6 months ago, hit 4 royals and a bunch of
other stuff all in one afternoon. The story went on that the
Pittsburgher hit some other signers with delt aces etc. Turns out the
guy playing machine last week was from Pittsburgh also. My sister-in-
law is a former Pittsburgher. The guy and his friends live not too
far from me. And the crazy part of story; I was the guy from
Pittsburgh that hit that machine in April. I clocked up about $25,000
on that machine and got some extra $$ on the machine next to it with
another royal. Kinda like money on the side.
I play vp for the entertainment. When I can take 25Gs out of a
machine in one afternoon; THAT'S ENTERTAINING.
