Okay, here's one. I was playing at the Rampart on the ten-play machines I
love. I had some sort of minor payoff.. probably four of a kind and the
double activated (I use touch screen to play so no doubt I accidentally did it).
I called for help and the suits arrived. I explained that I never use that
feature and they could check my play for as long as they wanted, they would
never see me using it. They finally told me that I should go ahead and if I
won, I won and if I lost they would replace the money. I lost and they did
replace it in cash.
Good customer relations - two or more years later I remember it and still
play there.
