There's a weekly poker interest group that meets in the back of the basement
coffee shop at Binions, wed 2pm

I've been on a few yahoo poker groups. Most are very commercial, urging you
to join small poker sites in order to give the list owner a kick back.

The most important piece of information I've heard so far on poker came from
Barry Tanenbaum, a columnist on Card Player. "You don't win very often."

Hey, jt, should be interesting to see if BJBrian has stuck around for
your reply to his 9/28/04 post :slight_smile:

Another bit of Yahoo! mischief ... if someone posts using a Subject
line that's identical to a previous one, Yahoo! chains the new to the
previous thread. Our Admin entered a post on the latest snafu titled
re "Duplicate Messages", a subject touched on by our Admin emeritus in
9/04.

Pretty fun stuff in action. It'd be even cooler if BJB came back with
a reply.
