Las Vegas up 47% in 1 year...the highest in the USA.

Condo's are selling on the strip for $500,000 up to 1.5 million
4 miles from the strip on Flamingo, there are 10 condo's for investors
and 50 for buyers going for around $120,000....

MISLEADING ADVERTISING?

The problem with statements like this is the implication that what happened
in the past will happen in the future.

Also, the placing of maybe a true statement "Las Vegas up 47% in 1 year"
followed by the blurb about condos implies that the stated appreciation applies
to condos. I'm not going to bother to research this but my gut tells me that
condo appreciation doesn't come close to appreciation for normal residential
real estate.

Don't sucker for claims without doing research. Otherwise you might be
attending another seminar about the opportunities you "could have" and "should
have" missed.
