Cosmopolitan not to be trusted!

A video poker player wishes to report the following information to the vpFREE community:

He was offered $2000 in free play with no play requirement to come in and play on opening night at the Cosmopolitan. After heavy play and a substantial loss, he requested the status of his free play offer. After many excuses, the following day he was told that he would not get his free play, even though his offer for the $2000 was in writing!

Astounded that any business would behave so badly, he called Gaming and filed a report. In about half an hour later, Gaming informed him that the Cosmopolitan had reversed its decision and would honor the free play offer.

The Cosmopolitan had been open for less than 24 hours, and already has lost on a complaint by a customer. One wonders if a new record has been established, and what would have happened if the player had NOT had his offer in writing!

A suggestion: Beware of free play offers at the Cosmopolitan and make sure the free play is loaded on your card before you play. Contact Gaming immediately if there is a problem at (702) 486-2000.

What was there to play?

Hi Tom

I dont go to grand openings , Ive never been to City Center. Its easy for a casino to promise something/promotion and retract it instantly it when it becomes a negatrive for the company. Ill forward you what I had to do last night before midnight.

The local newspaper liked it. I love reading the blog under the actual article, lots of trolls.

Just above the article in bold was LOL. If they are admitting 14.3 what about the people not looking/benefits that ran out.
