From speaking to my host, the answer is they MIGHT comp any balance. Never
wanted to find out if they would or wouldn't since I have so many comps at
other places that it would be foolish to have to pay for food at Harrahs or
Rio. I have had enough points to cover food but not enough left to spend on
Visa cards (already did that to reduce the balance). Will do the same on my
next trip since I have enough for another card with the combination of the
Caesars and Harrahs points. Haven't stayed or played much at Harrahs or Rio in
the last year or so. Did stay at Caesars 3 times last year. Will miss it.
