Confidence Quantifier Update

A couple of months ago I posted about creating a utility for those that would like to test the randomness of VP machines on their own. This month in my BJI article I published the basic underpinnings of the utility and next month I'll be posting the utility along with instructions.

Hello Frank,

I was wondering if this utility could be used to check instead if the player is committing errors in play assuming that the machines are actually random? Any idea?
