He says: I have closed on a condo at 2300 Silverado Ranch Blvd. East,
#2114 in Henderson, and it's getting final touch-up and re-keying. It comes
with two assigned parking places (one covered) and I'll be asking $950/month.
I'll also have a separate lockable fully enclosed garage I'll be asking an
additional $100/month for, or try to rent to somebody else on the grounds if my
tenant doesn't want it.
