I received information recently to begin keeping a record of all
comps - room value, meals, gifts, Freeplay, whatever, as these will
all have to be "lumped in" as part of taxable gambling income.
Anyone aware of this?

This has been the subject of much discussion, well documented in the vpFree archives.
I'm more curious about from what entity you received this information. If, for example, it
came from the IRS agent auditing your tax return, then I would pay close attention to it.
