What a crock - she lied to you (told you she would pick up your charges and
then refused) and then blamed YOU (as if you should know what is or is not
"owned"). By the way, the Venetian does not ANY of their restaurants as far as
I know - so WTF?! What is the name of this wonderful host?

night, so I booked a message at Canyon Ranch. Charged it to the
room. Tried to call her to comp it, but she was off so I left a
voice mail and checked out with the charge to my credit card. Got a
voice mail back from her saying that she couldn't comp the spa
because they didn't own it, but that they do make exceptions for 50k
players. I was probably about a 35k player. She told me that I
should've eaten in one of their many restaurants and it would not
have been a problem.
