Comps in LA

It's been a while since I've played in Louisiana. Lately, I've been playing in Laughlin, and I like how they do comps there. As you play, your comps are tracked and are available for viewing on the card reader. When you want a meal, you go to a casino-owned eatery and get a meal and then give them your card. Meal is subtracted from your comps.

Have the LA casinos started doing this? They weren't last time I played in Shreveport/BC.

Thanks for any feedback.

Keith

I don't have any recent, firsthand knowledge, but these casinos in Shreveport/Bossier City are owned by gaming companies that have other casinos with sophisticated card systems that allow point redemptions right at the restaurants.

Boomtown Bossier City - owned by Pinnacle Ent.

Horseshoe Bossier City - owned by Caesars Ent.

Sam's Town Shreveport - owned by Boyd Gaming
