I believe that perks at HET are primarily determined by
Average Daily Theoretical Loss rather than by tier level.

might want to look at the Harrah's FAQ:

I remember the days (about 1993 or so) when I won and lost $50,000 +
at the blackjack tables at Mystic Lake Casino in Minnesota (anywhere
from $10 - $1,000 a hand) over an 8 month period where I didn't get
ANY comps! Oh, I take that back....I got free valet
parking....whoopee!!...
In the meantime, I paid for all of my hotel rooms and meals, no
cashback or bounceback coupons, either....

Now that all those foolish Indianapolis Colts fans have been put in
their rightful place (and NE actually did that to them in week #7) we
can all be thankful that crybaby Peyton Manning---the most overrated
and other-player-blaming QB in NFL history---won't be in Prime Time any
more except in all those stupid commercials.
Go....19-0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
