A few days ago I posted that I had been denied $31 worth of room charges at NYNY after $29K play, being told that the room exceeded my available comps. I queried my host, and got the following reply today which I feel I should post out of fairness to NYNY.
Hi Gene;
I apologize for the inconvenience.......I will have your credit card credited $31.96.
The next trip in we'll sit down in front of the computer and I'll go over your play and our comp policies.........we never should have charged you the $31.........
Let's get together next trip!
