Anyone know where we can get a copy on the new law regarding no taxes on
comped meals? I'd like to maybe have a copy with me sometimes for some of
these restaurants that seem to "insist" we must pay the taxes!

I don't think the new law has anything to do with whether or not players can be charged taxes on meals by the casinos.
The law has to do with whether casinos are charged taxes on meals.
It's not the same thing.

So the casinos are collecting "taxes" that they do not remit ? Isn't that
either theft or fraud?

Just an FYI. I've dined at TGI Friday's at Gold Coast and Sun Coast the last couple of days. Was charged tax at Gold Coast, but not at Sun Coast.
