Interesting if 7* Lounge in AC remains open and 7* in Caesars is closed -
this makes things way unequal, because 7* people in Vegas won't have anything
compared to a lounge that has always been way better than the AC lounge.
As I mentioned to a host - strange that the people they are upsetting are
primarly the 7* players who want better lounges - not a loss of a lounge.
My suggestion (feel free to pass this on to Harrahs if you write) - 7*
members get 1/2 off all buffet meals.
To me having a lounge with a lot of food actually saves money, because I eat
fewer comped meals, and I know others do to. Instead of spending 1-2 hours
in a restaurant and $200 in comps (or RFB comps), sometimes I would rather
have a quick bite sometimes and grab, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, so I have
more time to gamble!
I used to love being at the Taj Mahal in AC, since they had a nice lounge
where I could play, run in and grab a snack, and then back to play.
I've found the people who abuse the Diamond system most seem to be locals in
locations like New Orleans who spend hours at the bar drinking, rather than
out of town tourists.

Also since they just sent out those 7* booklets touting the 7* lounges, it
seems to me we have a legitimate complaint.

By the way, as of April 1 you can once again order the 7* Gift by going
online or phoning. You get one per year.
Harrahs.com website also now makes it clear that you get one 7* trip per
year, and that year runs from April 1 2007 to March 31 2008.

Diamond membership requirement is now 11,000 points, but 7* remains at
100,000.

For unknown reasons my husband's PRIMARY casino has recently been changed to
Chester, PA. A number of people have had this happen. Strangely he only
was there one time in last 12 months, but played at Caesars Palace many times
(his former primary). When he wrote the Loveman address above about this, he
quickly got a response from D. Norton that Primary is based on where you
played most. There was no explanation as to why his was changed, since that
wasn't Chester PA. He has written again.
Apparently most of the people getting Chester as new Primary are east coast
folks - who may have had somewhere in AC as primary.
My Primary remains as Caesars Palace, so we can't figure this one out.
Problem is, in his new Diamond package, he got a coupon for Chester, PA -
where we don't play. Argh.
