At the Atlantis I have booked a mail offer for example 3 days and then have had the host say that the fourth day would come out of my comp account. So I think the mail offers do not come out of the comp account but any additional days do, as opposed to the Peppermill where mail offers specifically state that they come out of the comp account and any additional days do as well.
