Now, who has best club? From look of things, Pennsylvania will be as good as Vegas. And Pa stinks. That’s on VP and Slots… However, Pa Blackjack has rules better than Vegas Strip. And. the tables are jammed.
It’s all about “Casino Win”. Not about providing a fair gamble for us folks.
