The new Ultimate Rewards Club promises $1 in Cash and $1 in comps for
each 500 points earned.
This year at AC Decatur I've earned over $49 in cash back (which is
the correct amount) but have only been credited with $41 in comps.
A typical session has seen me earn $5 in cash but only be credited
with $4 in comps. My wife has been short changed in comps to about
the same degree. We haven't logged any multi-point play this year, so
that's not a factor.
I reported this info to a Supervisor at AC Decatur, and he said they
would look into it. The Supervisor said he wasn't aware of the
problem, but a slot club Rep said she had been hearing complaints.
I suggest that everyone check their comp $'s and report
discrepancies.
