So they have to swipe, not just see your card, to get these discounts? I
know I did it once for $5 off the EW buffet, but my comp balance did not change.
Maybe it is as easy as the buffet/restaurant cashier is pushing the wrong
promo button?
So Tom, you are saying your cashback/free-play point balance took a hit, not
the $$ comp balance. That is even goofier yet.
IMO, the Marnells overall have done a good job with the promos and drawings.
Sure the slot club lines got long, like on Mondays in Sept/Oct when you had
several different promos to do Fistfull of Cash promo/collect tickets and maybe
activate daily free-play.
The casino floors are now roomy and comfortable. Those new
slant-tops/chair/adjustable volume/TITO VP are hard to beat. The bartops still have a decent
play. Nickel players still have Bonus 8/5 on the floors.
Anyone have trouble with the promo last week where you earned various items
without losing points at CB? They were giving away rooms, food, golf and
free-play for various levels of earned points over four days. I saw the signage,
but did not participate. Looked like a great promo, like 3000 points got $50
free-play.
I see in the Entertainer both CB/EW are doing another new version of a promo
starting Feb 4th. An electronic daily drawing for $1k. It says you are
automatically entered. I wonder if it is one entry per day per player or is there
possible electronic multiple drawing tickets based on play? The low roller in
me is rooting for one chance a day!
