Do they play slowly? Do they not accumulate "slot points"? Are they not eligible for comp's?

All of the above, I'm afraid. Actually they aren't THAT slow, I've seen many slower. But points & comps accrue so slowly that they're not even worth mentioning, and these machines aren't included in any casino promos (multi-points, earn-&-get, etc).
Same machines, same policy at the Edgewater.
