Colorado Belle/Edgewater

Just arrived for my weekly stay yesterday. Sooooo disappointing. I can only speak of BP because that's what I play, but both properties have reduced the fullhouse paybacks of this game on all of their slant top machines from 8/1 to 6/1. Yesterday a few uprights were paying 8/1 at the Belle but those machines are now "out of order" as of today and I fear they're next to be reduced to 6/1. As far as I know it's only the bartops still paying 8/1.

I've only played so far at the Belle, Edgewater and Aquarius. As of this moment BP remains the same at the Aquarius, 8/1.

i'm afraid my days at laughlin are soon to be non-existant....so sad....what are they thinking?...don't they want the business? ...so nice there on the river....sad

So you are saying that the BP is now 6/5 with an ER of 96.87% instead of
8/5? :frowning:

Bummer..... That's going to ruin our 4th of July!

So- I guess all the BP games on the floor now are at 6/5 but the bartops have not been changed and are still 8/5? Is this correct?

Yea, 'tis correct. And that's at both the CB and Edgewater. (I'm assuming that the bartops at the Edgewater are 8/5 but I didn't play any bartops over there.) I left Laughlin last Tuesday and as of then the bartops were still 8/5.

BTW, I stayed at the CB during my week down there and I wrote a comment upon my leaving concerning my disappointment at the downgrades. 'Don't know if it'll do any good or not. I would imagine if enough people complain maybe they'd listen. At this point, other than the Aquarius, there's not much reason to spend the money on the flight and rental car from the Pacific Northwest when Reno's much closer and with somewhat of an abundance of 8/5 BP.

I checked a few of the bartops at the Rivers Edge Bar in the ED -- all that I checked had been downgraded to 6/5 for BP. I believe the three three-line multigame bartops at the south end, with progressives, were at 7/5 for BP.
