Coast Group

A Coast club attendant who had been briefed on the new locals mailers told me that the combined mailers are based on your play at all four casinos.

I regularly play at three of the Coasts. The free play and food in my November combined mailer is very close to what I expected for individual property mailers.

There are only a few offers on my online account other than those that are in the combined mailer, such as the Gold Coast buffet discount for which I received a coupon a week or so ago via snail mail. There were other offers from individual casinos on my online account at first but they have disappeared now.

One other question, which may not be readily answerable: Does this
now mean that all your play at all properties is combined and then
that total determines your free play?

My concern in this area is the four casinos no-mail players at different rates. Personally, I've been no-mailed from Orleans and Suncoast but still receive small mailers from Gold Coast and Sam's Town. Shirley is no-mailed from Orleans and Gold Coast but okay at the other two. My first joint mailer was for $50 a week. We haven't received one for Shirley yet. It may still be coming. Don't know If the marketing director at one of the four casinos has the power to kabosh your mail from the "group" --- this potentially affects a large number of players --- because each one has different standards of how much a player is allowed to win there before getting the kabosh. Getting reinstated is potentially more difficult --- especially if it's tough to figure out which of the four casinos did the kaboshing.

Good points. That's what happened to some of us when Stations merged their properties onto the same card. I went from being no mailed at Wildfire properties to also being no mailed at Stations and Fiestas. And when you ask boothlings or hosts, nobody knows nothing.

Either I misread my online offers before or the offers have been
deleted as HF's have. The situation is not headed in a direction
that I care to go :-(.

Why don't you just look online at the Bconnected website to see if Shirley has a mailer or not? The mailers were posted online since last Thursday.

My wife received two separate B Connected mailers. One contained free play and food for Gold Coast and the other contained free play and food for Orleans. They were for the same amounts that she had been receiving in the individual casino mailers up until now.

I got this from one of the marketing directors:

"The only customers who received a "multi-property" mailer are the ones that
play at various properties. Customers who only play at one get only a mailer
from that property. It's been a confusing process on our end as well with
this new format."
