Good luck collecting! I got an extra mailer from Suncoast last month telling me, "As one of our valued players at Suncoast, we would like you to be the first to use the new INSTANT CREDITS feature". The amount was $100 and it was supposed to be valid December 14-22, 2005. I made two trips during the time period and was unable to access the credits on either visit. The boothlings said many customers were experiencing the same problem. It appears the offer went out to players who qualified for the $60K monthly mailer. They reset my temporary PIN but that was ineffective. They took my account and contact information and I have also sent an e-mail to the address on my offer letter but I have had no response to date.
