I agree with Miss Craps that we should write to the president of
Harrahs regarding the closing of the 7* lounge. I have a few
things to add to her comments.
1. I was told (by my host) it was an executive decision by Brandy
Ellis (spelling?) to close the lounge in Caesars. She quotes Ms
Ellis as saying the reason is to make all properties more equal.
2. We have all received our 7* welcome letters mentioning on at
least 3 different pages about the 7* lounges just days before
they are closing the lounge.
3. I also talked to a Host and some players from AC and they have
no knowledge of their lounge being closed.
I am just reporting these facts that I do know at this point, but
my letter to Mr Loveman will be much more animated.
